Position 1: Presales Engineer (0-5 Yrs)
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience in designing and conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the practical effectiveness of products using real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience in handling technical sections of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
Location: Chennai
Position 2: Technical Support Engineer (0-5 Yrs)
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Candidates with 0-5 years of experience are welcome.
- Technical expertise in managing IT helpdesk and support operations.
- Must be comfortable interacting with customers through various communication channels including calls, remote sessions, chat, and email.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases, and experience with any BI tool would be an advantage.
