Position: Associate, Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Gurgaon

BlackRock is looking for experienced professionals to join its team as Quality Assurance Engineers. If you are passionate about ensuring product quality and have expertise in Java, Selenium, or similar testing frameworks, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge of Java, Selenium, or other test automation tools to create, maintain, and execute automated test suites.
• Conduct functional, non-functional, and regression testing for various projects.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios based on specific requirements, both functional and non-functional.
• Analyze incidents in production to pinpoint areas for improvement within QA and development teams, contributing to overall production stability.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, managing sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Accurately identify, document, and track defects for resolution.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on designated applications, owning the quality assurance processes for production releases.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
