Wipro is currently hiring fresh graduates for its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are eager to work in a dynamic environment while continuing their education.

Position: Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) – 2024

Eligible Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in the following streams:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Electronics
  • Physics

Eligibility:

• 2023 and 2024 graduates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 60% or a 6.0 CGPA in their graduation as per university guidelines.
• Open school or distance education is acceptable for 10th and 12th grades only.
• A maximum of one backlog is allowed during the online assessment. However, all backlogs must be cleared along with the 6th semester.
• Core Mathematics is a mandatory subject during graduation (Business and Applied Maths are not considered).
• Up to 3 years of educational gap is allowed between 10th grade and the start of graduation.
• No gaps are allowed during graduation, and it must be completed within 3 years.

Compensation Details:

• First Year Stipend: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
• Second Year Stipend: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
• Third Year Stipend: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
• Fourth Year Stipend: ₹23,000
• A Joining Bonus of ₹75,000 is also offered.
